Notre vie, \u00e0 l\u2019exemple de ces premiers moines, se veut \u00e0 la fois contemplative et apostolique. La recherche de la solitude et du silence, indispensables \u00e0 la croissance de toute vie spirituelle, sont au c\u0153ur de notre vie. L\u2019apostolat d\u00e9coule naturellement de la contemplation et du climat de recueillement auxquels nous tendons, o\u00f9 Dieu veut se faire Tout \u00e0 Tous. Ainsi se d\u00e9gagent de la spiritualit\u00e9 du Carmel, trois piliers\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1515ac5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1515ac5\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-bbdeb1d\" data-id=\"bbdeb1d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f6bac6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f6bac6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La vie de pri\u00e8re :<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">La R\u00e8gle du Carmel nous invite \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re continuelle&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Que chacun demeure dans sa cellule ou pr\u00e8s d\u2019elle, m\u00e9ditant jour et nuit la loi du Seigneur [Ps 1,2&nbsp;; Jos 1,8] et veillant dans la pri\u00e8re [1 P 4,7], \u00e0 moins qu\u2019il ne soit occup\u00e9 en raison d\u2019autres justes causes.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Que le glaive de l\u2019Esprit, qui est la parole de Dieu [Ep 6, 17], habite en abondance [Col 10,8] en votre bouche et en votre c\u0153ur [Rm 10,8] et que tout ce que vous avez \u00e0 faire soit fait selon la parole du Seigneur [Col 3,17&nbsp;; 1 Co 10,31].&nbsp;\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Au Carmel, l\u2019oraison silencieuse est la forme privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e pour appendre \u00e0 demeurer dans la pri\u00e8re continuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019oraison est un \u00e9change d\u2019amiti\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019entretient souvent seul \u00e0 seul avec ce Dieu dont nous savons qu\u2019Il nous aime.&nbsp;\u00bb (Sainte Th\u00e9r\u00e8se d\u2019Avila, <em>Vie <\/em>chap. 8)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La vie communautaire :<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">La vie fraternelle est au c\u0153ur de la vie du Carmel&nbsp;: vivre en pr\u00e9sence de Dieu change notre regard sur les autres et nous apprend \u00e0 vivre le nouveau commandement de l\u2019amour \u00ab&nbsp;Aimez-vous les uns les autres comme je vous ai aim\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb. (Jn 13, 34)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le travail et la vie apostolique :<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">La devise du Carmel manifeste la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 d\u2019une vocation \u00e0 la foi contemplative et apostolique&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Il est vivant le Seigneur devant qui je me tiens.&nbsp;\u00bb (1 Rois 18,15) \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019ajoute \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis rempli d\u2019un z\u00e8le jaloux pour le Seigneur Sabaoth&nbsp;\u00bb (1 Rois 19,14).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Enfin, \u00ab&nbsp;le Carmel est tout marial&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est pourquoi nous portons le Scapulaire. Se rev\u00eatir de l\u2019habit de la Bienheureuse Vierge Marie du Mont Carmel signifie la prendre comme mod\u00e8le de notre vie spirituelle, comme M\u00e8re et comme S\u0153ur pour nous conduire
